A Stock Broker works for a Stock Brokerage
Firm and carries out the transactions specified by their investors.
Stock Brokers buy & sell stocks for individual investors and make
recommendations based on market research and are typically paid a
commission of the purchase or sale for
their performance, although many brokers are now operating on 'per
transaction' fees.
